Our Story
This started with a problem. Then a system. Then a company.
Like many of our clients today, we started by renting out a few properties — and quickly discovered how complex hosting really is. From pricing to guest communication, calendar syncs to last-minute cleanings — we did it all manually.
So we built systems. Then processes. Then a team.
We had to create something out of nothing. That’s where our efficiency comes from — and the profound experience that helped us steer the ship through COVID and adapt to rising regulations.
What started as a solution for ourselves became a service for others.
Today, The Hosting Club operates in Austria, Belgium, Turkey and Slovakia — managing over 700 properties across all segments: from private rooms and budget units to luxury villas. With 2,400+ beds and over 60,000 reservations yearly, we’ve built a system that works at scale.
